Who is responsible
Farmpit is a project of Irenge Kazonza Consulting ENK, which is the responsible company and the controller of the details you submit on farmpit.no. Send any questions to hei@farmpit.no.
What we store
When you register interest, we store your name, your email address, the name of your CSA, your municipality or location, your mobile number if you give it, your answers to the form, your chosen language and the time you submitted. If you joined the earlier waiting list, we have your email address, whether you are a member or run a farm, and your farm name and area if you gave them.
Why
We use the details to choose and contact CSAs for the pilot, to understand how CSAs are run so we can develop Farmpit, and to let you know when Farmpit opens to more people. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not sell the details, share them with others or use them for advertising.
Who processes them for us
- Supabase — database, stored in the EU.
- AutoSend — sending email.
- Vercel — hosting the website.
Our suppliers only process the details on our instructions.
How long
We keep the details until you ask us to delete them, or at most 24 months after you submitted them.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and withdraw your consent. Write to hei@farmpit.no, or reply to an email from us. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
